Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to all data accessed, processed, or stored by Gooanaliz through authorized access to Google Business Profile accounts.

It covers:

• Business profile metadata
• Performance metrics
• Review content and ratings
• Media-related statistics
• Associated analytics data generated by the system

How to Request Data Deletion

A. Email Request

Send a written deletion request to: ajans@goouzman.com

The request must include:

• Business name
• Authorized contact email
• Confirmation of administrative ownership of the relevant Google Business Profile

B. Revoking Google Account Authorization

Users may also revoke Gooanaliz’s access directly via their Google Business Profile manager panel by removing administrator access.

Revocation of access automatically initiates the internal data deletion workflow.

Verification Process

To prevent unauthorized deletion requests:

Gooanaliz verifies the requester’s identity

Administrative ownership of the business listing must be confirmed

Additional verification may be requested if necessary

Deletion requests cannot be processed without proper authorization.

Data Deletion Timeline

Upon successful verification:

Data access is immediately suspended

Active database records are permanently deleted within 30 days

Backup systems are purged within the standard backup retention cycle

In most cases, deletion is completed significantly earlier than 30 days.

What Data Is Deleted

Upon deletion request, Gooanaliz permanently deletes:

Stored Google Business Profile data

Analytics reports and processed metrics

Review analysis results

Historical performance data

Associated metadata linked to the business account

After deletion:

Reports become inaccessible

Dashboard access for the specific business is permanently removed

No residual business data remains in active systems

Data Retention Exceptions

Data may be retained only if:

Required by applicable law

Necessary to resolve active legal disputes

Required for fraud prevention or security investigations

In such cases:

Data retention will be limited to the legally required scope

Access will be restricted

Data will not be used for analytics or reporting

Effect of Deletion

Once deletion is completed:

Gooanaliz cannot restore deleted data

Historical analytics cannot be recovered

A new authorization would initiate a completely new dataset

Deletion is irreversible.

No Data Selling or External Sharing

Gooanaliz does not sell, rent, or monetize user data.

Deletion requests do not affect Google’s own data storage practices. Gooanaliz only deletes data stored within its own infrastructure.
