1. Service Description

Gooanaliz is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Google.

• Business performance analytics
• Customer review reporting
• Centralized multi-location management dashboard
• Data-driven visibility insights

2. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal authority to grant administrator access to the relevant Google Business Profile account
• You comply with applicable laws and regulations

3. Authorization and Account Access

Revocation of administrator access will terminate Gooanaliz’s ability to access related data.

• You are authorized to manage the business listing
• You voluntarily provide access for analysis purposes
• You understand that data processing will occur within the scope of the granted authorization

4. Acceptable Use

Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of service.

• Use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated systems to extract data from Gooanaliz without permission

5. Data Processing and Compliance

Gooanaliz processes data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy.

All API interactions are performed server-side and limited strictly to authorized accounts.

Gooanaliz does not:

• Sell user data
• Use data for advertising purposes
• Share data with third parties except for infrastructure and legal compliance

6. Intellectual Property

All content, dashboards, reports, design elements, and proprietary analysis methodologies provided by Gooanaliz are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy or redistribute platform content without permission
• Reverse engineer or replicate the Service
• Use Gooanaliz branding without written consent

7. Fees and Payment (If Applicable)

If the Service is offered under a paid subscription model:

• Fees are defined in a separate agreement or proposal
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of access

8. Service Availability

Gooanaliz aims to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Maintenance
• Infrastructure issues
• Third-party service interruptions
• Force majeure events

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Gooanaliz shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages, Loss of profits, Loss of business opportunities, Decisions made based on analytics reports

The Service provides analytical insights but does not guarantee specific business outcomes.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gooanaliz from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Unauthorized use of the Service
• Misrepresentation of authorization rights
• Violation of these Terms

11. Termination

Upon termination of service or written deletion request: Associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Backup systems will be purged in accordance with retention policies

12. Third-Party Services

The Service depends on third-party platforms, including Google services.

Gooanaliz is not responsible for:

Changes to third-party APIs, Service disruptions caused by external providers, Policy changes by Google

13. Modifications to the Service

Gooanaliz reserves the right to: Modify features, Update analytics methodologies, Improve system architecture.

Material changes to these Terms will be published on the website.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
