Gooanaliz provides a controlled environment for managing content on Google Business Profiles. All publishing actions are strictly limited to business profiles for which explicit authorization has been granted. Only business owners or officially contracted agency personnel can initiate publishing actions. Any automated suggestions (including AI-generated drafts) are provided solely as guidance. The system requires explicit manual confirmation before any content is posted.

• No content is automatically posted without user approval.

Manual Approval Requirement

All draft responses, including AI-assisted suggestions, are reviewed manually by authorized personnel.

• Manual review ensures accuracy, compliance, and appropriateness.
• Unauthorized or unreviewed content is never published.

Prohibition of Fake or Manipulated Content

Gooanaliz strictly prohibits any form of content manipulation:

• No fake reviews are created.
• Star ratings are never altered or influenced artificially.
• Visibility metrics (search ranking, impressions) are not manipulated.

Audit Logging

Logs are retained securely and accessible only to authorized personnel for auditing purposes.

• Timestamp of each publishing action
